Dwi Koendoro Brotoatmodjo
Born 1941. Indonesia's representative cartoonist whose Panji Koming, a serial cartoon set in the period of the Majapahit dynasty (13th~16th century), has been carried in the influential Indonesian-language daily Kompas' Sunday edition since 1979. He is an active not only as a cartoonist but as a film director and animator, winning various kinds of awards. He currently is President of Citra Audivistama, a company that mainly produces animation works.
